I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Patagonia (New York, NY)
Interview
Scheduled for a group interview must have been about 30 people and around seven current employees to conduct. They had us all go around the room and talk about ourselves which was cool but intimidating because while I’m an athlete I’d never gone to the junior olympics or had opportunity to hike very impressive scapes. Probably why I wanted to join a company that promotes that behavior.
Once broken off into groups per the positions we were applying for it was intense, I had done research on the brand and was really excited to have opportunity to promote that. Unfortunately I wasn’t prepared at all for the questions asked but I don’t think anyone could be.
The interviewer was cool and I definitely could have been his boss and he + team would have been psyched.
Better luck next time.
