The company only wants to hire people that are UNDER 30 years old and NOT disabled. Had a tour and saw that every engineer (not in a management role) was UNDER 30 years old and NOT disabled. Recruiters and HR refuse to give "reasonable accommodations" for a disability.
First there was a phone screen then there were 2 technical phone interviews then it was followed by an onsite interview. there were a lot of technical questions during the process.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Relativity Space in May 2025
