Vacasa Business Development interview questions

Easy interview, really liked the girl who interviewed me. I REALLY wanted this position. I have really great experience and with my remote working background felt like I would be the perfect candidate. I also live within an hour of 3 different cities they are hiring business development so I felt like I could cover those territories as well if chosen. I was told after my interview they would follow up a few days later to schedule another interview, it has now been 3 weeks and I have not heard back. I have reached out via email and linkedin. Disappointing

I was first contacted via phone and went through a role-playing scenario to see how I sounded on the phone and how I responded and then I was brought in for a lengthy interview with the Director of Inside Sales and my future direct manager and trainer. I also had the opportunity to meet with people that were already on the INside and OUTbound sales team. It was awesome! I felt truly like they were taking the time to get to know me and determine if I would be a good fit for them
