Interview
Casual..1 hour + Seemed quite interested in my analysis and experience. However, the average age of employees is 27, there was obvious ageism presented in coded questions, comments. This is a very ageist firm which does not see the benefits of experienced candidates.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Vacasa in Jul 2019
Interview
Easy interview, really liked the girl who interviewed me. I REALLY wanted this position. I have really great experience and with my remote working background felt like I would be the perfect candidate. I also live within an hour of 3 different cities they are hiring business development so I felt like I could cover those territories as well if chosen. I was told after my interview they would follow up a few days later to schedule another interview, it has now been 3 weeks and I have not heard back. I have reached out via email and linkedin. Disappointing

Interview
I applied online and had to fill a short questionnaire. then got an email to schedule a screening interview with internal HR. It took about 45 minutes and the conversation was good. A few days after that I got an email to schedule a google hangouts interview with the regional manager. The conversation was also good and respectful. I learned more about I I will be expected to do. If a candidate pass that interview, he will be invited for a week-long training.
