The interview process was a two step process, that were both group interviews. Both rounds were behavioral questions and time to share about ourselves. Had two separate sets of interviewers. Able to ask questions at the end of both and get to know them.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to work together with someone towards a common goal.
Group interview with 4 others, each person takes turns answering interview questions. Kind of a round-robin type of interview where they rotate the order each applicant answers in for each question.
I had a sit down chat/ conversation with the key leader of the IFC branch, they were really nice and the conversation felt informal. It was in a nearby coffee shop so was not the nicest interview environment but it works for the brand.
