Good for the experience - MAC Coordinator BGIS Employee Review

BGIS has been a really great place for me, especially since I was starting out in a totally new environment. From day one, everything felt fair - my manager looked at my actual qualifications, and I never felt judged or discriminated against during the hiring process or my first few weeks. Now that I’ve hit my first year, I can honestly say the team has been super supportive. They value teamwork, they encourage you to grow, and they’ve really helped me bring out what I can offer. It’s a good feeling when you know your team has your back. And the work‑life balance? Huge plus. Working from home has made things so much easier and more flexible. Overall, it’s been a great experience and a solid place to build my career.

I think it would support employee retention if the company introduced annual bonuses to recognize and reward well‑deserving employees.

I was very impressed with the Vehicle, The Tools and the I Pad and I Phone that was supplied to me with this job, I have worked at my share of places and have yet to encounter a company that sets their employees up for such success.

I left my last place of employment because I was having trouble making ends meet because I was not making enough hours to support my family and when things didn’t improve with time I had to start looking for other employment, When I interviewed for employment at BGIS I was assured that time off would be the exception and not the norm, I’ve had times where I found it hard to make ends meet but I rebounded the next week when I was assigned to a lot more work so I’m pretty satisfied with my hours so far.
