work with some high profile placement companies in the area so can be a good way to get your foot in the door
Cons
Grossly underpay consultants and benefits are terrible(nonexistent the first year), especially in their entry level “Elevate” program. I was making $32/hr for a job that should pay atleast $40-45/hr.

Thank you for taking time to share your feedback. We believe in building relationship-focused connections with our consultants, so we want to provide benefits to emphasize the approach. We recognize six paid holidays for our consultants each year and offer eligibility to participate in our 401k plan after a year of employment (1,000 hours). We are disappointed to hear that your experience could have been better, but we are using your feedback to improve!
The company culture is phenomenal. Each day I’m pushed out of my comfort zone and have seen immense growth personally & professionally since joining the company. You also get to create your own book of business which is very empowering.
Cons
Depending on the client, sometimes the sales lifecycle can take longer than expected.
Recruiter purposefully used inconsistent or vague language. Example: "We will pay for a Net+ or Security+ certification. Reality: They will reimburse you for it if you pass and it's still not a guarantee.
Told the position was CTH. It is not, it is long term contract. Subpar benefits, even for a contract. Left me feeling like all I was is a resource to them.
