Pros

Smart people, nice office in a good location, fun monthly happy hours, free bagels on Friday, access to gym

Cons

Didn't working there a full year and needed to use maternity leave, didn't get paid for it, but if I was a lawyer at the firm I would have. They treat lawyers different than the "support staff" in almost every possible way. They are not flexible at all and I would advise working mothers to stay away. They boast about how great there maternity leave is, but it only applies to the legal staff.

Cannot think of any! Fish is great!

If you like a lot of stress, demand for making deadlines with no consideration for your private life necessity - good luck to you. Advice from a 25 year veteran.
