Pros

Salary is good if asked before getting hired

Cons

Saw the reviews that it was a revolving door but couldn't believe it, this firm is a joke not respected by any courts just nothing. The "Partners" sleep with assistants and paras and are pedos, they use the opportunity to go out for "happy hour" or open bar to get the girls drunk enough, please keep in mind that they are all married. Be prepared to deal with racism from the white attorneys, they will over work you and not pay. I won't lie I was making good money but had me working two positions with just one pay. If you want a raise be prepared to ask for a max of 2k-3k, if you still want to apply for a job here please ask for the max they won't give you a raise lol. They don't do background checks on people and have had many crazy situations. If you really like being a paralegal don't come here it's not worth it people don't really stay more than a year. Some of the people were great though. This firm is full attorneys that peaked in high school and never got attention lol. Especially the perv of Justin lol. I wouldn't even sign up for a case there trust me they won't take care about your case and will look down on any person that needs actual help.

Pros

Nice paralegal and support people at my location. Beautiful views out the windows. Pay was decent and benefits offered immediately. Vacation time was generation though I wasn't there long enough to use it.

Cons

They didn't provide a private break room for lunch or breaks so I had to eat my lunch in my car to get some peace and quiet. Sticklers in the extreme about when you leave for the day. ex. I left 2 minutes early one day and was reprimanded by 3 different supervisors and HR. No thanks on that one. My position was very BORING. Little to do but answer phones and I averaged 60 calls a day in an eight hour day. Very boring. The attorneys were NOT friendly at all. Most wouldn't even greet me when they arrived for the day after I greeted them. Very snobbish. Not that great of benefits for how big the company is. They don't match IRA contributions at all. Low pay for the stress of dealing with some of the clients and the knowledge base needed to do the job.
