Pros

Great family firm; offers employees flexible hours, does things for their employees all the time including lunches, snacks, contests, etc.

Cons

A little too much micromanaging.

Pros

Within months I could tell it was the best move of my 25 year litigation career coming to Morgan & Morgan. They are the best sword and shield against the abusive insurance companies both a lawyer and a client could ask for.

Cons

Expectations and standards are high because there are trial lawyer legends that live and breathe here. But that really is not a con. They make you better and your client's case more valuable.

Pros

Nice paralegal and support people at my location. Beautiful views out the windows. Pay was decent and benefits offered immediately. Vacation time was generation though I wasn't there long enough to use it.

Cons

They didn't provide a private break room for lunch or breaks so I had to eat my lunch in my car to get some peace and quiet. Sticklers in the extreme about when you leave for the day. ex. I left 2 minutes early one day and was reprimanded by 3 different supervisors and HR. No thanks on that one. My position was very BORING. Little to do but answer phones and I averaged 60 calls a day in an eight hour day. Very boring. The attorneys were NOT friendly at all. Most wouldn't even greet me when they arrived for the day after I greeted them. Very snobbish. Not that great of benefits for how big the company is. They don't match IRA contributions at all. Low pay for the stress of dealing with some of the clients and the knowledge base needed to do the job.
