The people are the highlight here. There are some truly brilliant, knowledgeable engineers and architects who are happy to share what they know. However, the quality of your day-to-day life is almost entirely team-dependent; if you land in a good pod, the camaraderie is great.

Work-Life Balance: Essentially non-existent. Expect late-night deploys and a culture where directors have very little sense of professional boundaries. • Outdated Policies: The 5-day RTO mandate is a massive step backward, especially when data has already proven that these teams work more effectively in remote or hybrid environments. • Inefficiency: Most internal processes are over-complicated for no discernible reason, adding friction to every task. • Compensation: Pay is noticeably below the current industry standard for the Bay Area/tech sector.
