      Pros

      Good Learning initially. Good perks and teams.

      Cons

      Learning gets stagnant. Poor senior leadership both management and tech side. No WFH anymore , expectations to be available for US hrs connect and 5 day RTO as well.

      Pros

      1. Perks and benefits. 2. Lunch, cabs a lot of reimbursements provided. 3. All the required technologies are made available to make the work easy.

      Cons

      1. Poor work life balance. Take meetings everyday till 12-1 AM. Then again get up in the morning at 7AM and go to office. 2. Very poor annual hikes for last three years. Long timers are at loss except for the stocks. 3. Lots of restructuring and priorities changing everytime impacting works. 4. Work culture deteriorated and lots of politics in last 2-3 years.
