Ok benefits... ok pay, ok balance.

Cons

Bad management. Ha... those "good" reviews are a lie. Don't be fooled. Stay out! I worked there for 2 years and never gotten a raise or promotion and my status was above excellence. They don't care about you or the work you put in. This company is the biggest failure I have ever experienced. Stay out!

Pros

- Grateful for opportunity going from service desk to deskside support - Wonderful team to work with when I needed assistance - Able to learn many skills and techniques on the job - Provided course work from the company to learn and obtain certifications

Cons

- No salary change after role change - Slow change in the workflow and management - Little to no growth in my team to improve my skills in the future
