      Literally everything else. Executive leadership is caught in a cycle of chasing one shiny thing after another and expecting it done yesterday. Everything is an emergency, every time.

      Pros

      Pay is good, CEO is kind (but helpless)

      Cons

      Culture has become very toxic across the board since 2023. Management folks in CIO org threaten employees constantly saying they will be kicked out of the company and I have been told this too. I have been constantly and publicly yelled at by my management for no reason, folks in those meetings have watched it quietly and these meetings were recorded. Not sure if this happens to strong female leaders alone. But there is no option but to keep quiet and get picked as a target for Reduction in Workforce.
