Terrible Place to work

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

You can work remotely and they provide the equipment.

Cons

Bad management, no cost of living raises or performance based raises. They placed multiple people on PIPs and gave everyone low scores on performance reviews due to the company not hitting revenue goals. They used this as a reason to let people go and hire abroad. Employee moral is low and people either keep quitting or being “let go”.

Stressful

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Nothing except working from home

Cons

Everything else. Intensive schedule, short breaks no time off. Lots of requirement for your performance. They have no regard for the wellbeing or fair treatment of their contractors. You will get depressed if you work here. A typical day at work you will start your shift and keep receiving calls nonstop, it's exhausting.

Thank you for sharing your experience as a current employee. We recognize that the pace of back-to-back calls and performance expectations can feel demanding, especially during the first year, and we continuously review our practices and resources to better support interpreter wellbeing and success. Our goal is to foster a respectful, professional environment where interpreters feel valued for the essential work they do every day. Your perspective is important as we work to strengthen the support we provide to our team.
