Pros

Great place and my teams were very knowledgeable. I could put allot on my employees plates and they always achieved there goals.

Cons

Management above the L4 level is a joke. Very opportunistic and self preservationist. Never had the teams back and looked to blame anyone they could. They resent the union employees in a conceded fashion. I was always instructed to get my two lowest performers and write them up almost in a daily basis regardless of the reason behind a non productive day. Never seen a production hierarchy act or perform in the way they do. Very disheartening and the reason I quit after dealing with it for five years.
