Where do I start. Unexpected lay offs without warning when they require you to buy a brand new truck to work there. The entire business model is so scammy. They cut your days to build and put you in a crunch while giving you volume. Bad place please be aware

Cons

No bonus for supervisor role, Project managers get low bonuses per house, house market crashes supervisors are first to go

Exposure to multiple parts of the business. Career development available. Team atmosphere is good. Time off is decent, as are the benefits package

Cons

Poor training program. Management more focused on metrics than individual well-being. Stressful work environment (micromanagement) with strict timelines when busy. Lower income compared other national builders. Be prepared for miscommunication between departments.

Stock ownership program, minimum experience needed to start, great training, freedom and trust to operate your own jobsite without micro-managing. Quarterly bonuses, monthly truck reimbursement check.

Cons

Compensation could be better. Bonuses and salaries cut in 2020-2021. Really have capped what a project manager can make. Have to be in position for a long time before considered for a promotion after you become a project manager

Decent pay if you work like a dog and have no life outside work and some pizza parties (yay!)

Cons

Literally everything - Job duties nowhere near what they are willing to pay - Upper management picks favorites early on -If you can't learn how to build multiple houses at once in a year or less you might as well find a new career - Company will mass hire when market is good and then have mass layoffs when there is any sign of the market being bad - Brag about their "world class training program" it is anything but
