Pros

* Great pay for younger individuals - since its the same rate regardless of age * Good training schemes - and great additional trainings for baristas etc

Cons

* Training schemes are competitive, but great if you manage to get on * When I started in 2022, it was easier to get shift - they definitely have a much larger workforce now so trickier to land shifts if you take breaks in-between for uni * Definitely some favouritism behind the scenes - shifts like the BAFTAs are highly sought after, and are given to personal favourites of management
