Interview
A lot of prep for a pretty easy Interview that not a lot of technical questions were asked mainly a lot of behavioural stuff. I would prep a lot of behavioural questions
2 phone interviews and 1 panel interview . Took around 2 weeks after many applications submittals . 5-8 people in the room and very nice and easy going. Just not the right fit
Process was not straightforward - had several rounds of interviews as well as a take home assessment. These assessments are pretty much standard and can include things like research or coding.
They used the STAR interview method. There were no trick questions. It was just one interview. Pretty standard STAR questions. If you Google some and prepare a few ahead of time, you will be prepared.
