Interview
They called me after I sent in an application on their website. We had a brief discussion on my availability to have a phone call interview. On the day of my phone call interview they did a little brief at the beginning on the sort of questions they were going to ask me during the interview. The interview was standard hospitality questions? What experience do you have? How would you respond to this situation? etc. Since my last job was also in hospitality, I found the scenario questions to be very easy and I didn't prepare for it at all.
There is a group interview that happens and then there are small tasks to do. The interviewers are very friendly, if you come with the correct uniform and be attentive and you’ll be fine.
